4 chicken breasts (cooked and cubed)
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans Ortega green chilis chopped
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
2 cup sour cream
8 flour tortillas
1. Combine chicken, onions, and chilis, cheese (keep some cheese to sprinkle on top). Fill tortillas, roll and place side by side in 9x13 pan.
2. Mix soup, broth and sour cream together and pour over tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese –Cook for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
